Product Information Sweet Flower Designs jewelry
is made from materials from around the world. Each piece is from a
limited edition or entirely one of a kind. No two pieces from a limited
edition may be precisely alike due to the unique qualities each bead,
pendant, etc., possesses.
Ordering You may order your pieces by using the
secure shopping cart. If I am sold out of an item, I can usually
create a similar one.
Shipping & Handling All orders are mailed
using USPS Group with delivery of 5-7 business days from the date of
shipping. US Priority and Express Mail options are also available
if you need your Sweet Flower Designs immediately. All orders
include insurance.
In stock items will be shipped within three business
days. Special orders and items that are out of stock may take a
couple of weeks to ship. I will contact you via email regarding
any delays. Please let me know if you're ordering for a wedding or
other time sensitive event -- and please remember to order well in
advance to allow creation and delivery time!

Return Policy Returns may be made with prior
approval. Please contact me to resolve a
problem with your order within one week of receipt. Merchandise must be
returned within ten days of delivery and in its original condition.
